Illegal entertainment outlet workers nabbed in Labuan

KOTA KINABALU: Police in Labuan raided an entertainment outlet and nabbed 28 women working without a permit early Tuesday.

Sabah CID chief SAC Datuk Salehhudin Abd Rahman said the Filipino women, aged between 23 and 53, were working as waitresses in the entertainment outlet.

A 52-year-old local man believed to be the caretaker of the premises and two Filipino male workers aged 37 and 57 were also nabbed in the 2am raid.
