With the monsoon upon us for the next three months, some food items are best avoidable such as seafood and leafy vegetables. However, the season also brings with it a basket of superfoods that offer a range of health benefits. Here’s a list

GREEN TEA

It’s best to substitute the sugary, milky chai and switch to green tea during the rainy season. The health benefits of green tea (brain function, fat loss, a lower risk of cancer) are well-documented. This is a great time for you to incorporate it into your daily routine, given the season.
